Bianca Tinsley has over a decade of experience in real estate, including personally overseeing building operations at several flagship apartment complexes for national publicly-traded REITS. In 2012 she led property operations at a 159-unit luxury apartment building in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. She later managed the lease-up phase of a separate brand-new luxury apartment community in Westwood and then served as Senior Community Director for a 350-unit luxury rental building in Needham, Massachusetts. Most recently, Bianca led property operations as Senior Community Director at Charles River Landing in Needham and Currents on the Charles in Waltham - two luxury residential developments with 550 combined total apartments.

Bianca has several professional awards and recognitions, including a nomination for the RHA Leasing Professional of the Year in 2012, and winning Presidents Club in 2020 and 2021 for outstanding property performance.

With her warm demeanor and proactive problem solving abilities, it is no surprise that Bianca is finding success in her latest roles: Director of Operations for The Tinsley Team, and Director of Operations for her Westwood household with three young children. Bianca looks forward to managing a smooth purchase or sale for The Tinsley Team's buyer and seller clients.
